Yes.  You can change it in tab Settings.  The change will become effective when you next sign in to BackLinks Genius Administration.

No.  Unfortunately currency is set when you register and it´s not possible to change it later.  Changing it would cause errors and inaccuracy in statistics because our system is international and every user is using their currency.  If it´s important for you to change the currency you will need to open a new account.  Thank you for your understanding

You are probably in full screen mode in which you cannot for technical reasons enter anything.  Press ESC and all should work fine.

Go to http://www.backlinksgenius.com/ , fill in only your email, leave Password blank and send.  If you don´t receive a password within an hour register using a different email address.  Also don´t forget to check your SPAM folder as your password might be there.

Yes, of course.  For bookkeeping purposes we recommend you fill in the account name with your company name and address and that you do this before the first top up of your advertising account.

Go to tab Settings and press button "Delete Account".  If you are an advertiser all your data will be deleted within a few hours.  If you are a blogger we will first delete all advertising links from your articles and then your account.

Yes, they are! We use only do-follow linkbuilding methods. We do not place links by JavaScript and check that all links have do-follow link = rel=nofollow is not included.

No, you should not. Just put the single form and we will place your link to plural automatically. Or inverted. But if you do not like this feature, you can shut it down in the ordering process, but remamber - you will get less links.

Yes, it is possible. Just select in the first step option "Quality links" and in next step you check "Unique blogs" option.

If you set it, you will get only 1 link per a domain, so all links will be unique. But remember, you will get less links.

Yes, it can be done. Select in the first step option "Quality links" and then in the second step check "Exact match" option.

Remember, that this will cause less links that you could get.

Sure, you will get an invoice all the time. It is available AFTER crediting the payment. You can download it in section Payments in our client area.

Please go to our client area and fill in correct user details in your user settings. After that click to Payments page and here you can see Regenerate button. Then you can download correct invoice :-)

If you are really sure you paid us and money were taken from your account, then write to our helpdek (see Contact us page) with date, time, your user email, payment option and amount. We will check it and credit manually.

Report is in our client area under your campaign - button Backlinks report.

You can see all links here interactively, but remember, all links will be finished 21 day from date of your order, so be patient.

In our client area just go to your order, then click on Backlink report.

There you can click on Delete button. Link will be replaced in a next few days for free.

Remember that this can be only done in first 21 days from date of your order. Than order is finished and only if link does not work at all, we will refund you or get new link in our 100 days guarantee period.

Most of the links is build till 48 hours from receiving payment for your order. But, sometimes it takes longer.

If we are not able to get you all ordered links till 21 days, we will refund you automatically.

PageRank is refreshed every week. But, we can not gurantee that PageRank of the build links will stay in a future. So PageRank were as you requested in the time of placing your order.

Blog can be for some maintenance or have some temporary error, so try it tomorrow please. Every website can be upgraded or can be few hours per year offline.

If you can not find your link more than 3 days, please contact us and we will get you a new one. Send us these info:

No, you do not have to, it is processed automatically. In case no many links have been found, system takes a basis of a word so that more links can be placed.

When working with other languages(slovak and czech) diacritic is important.

Yes. You can block them using function Block domain in tab Backlinks in the given advertising domain.  The removal of backlinks will start in a few minutes after blocking the domain and they should all be removed within a few hours.

Click on your advertising domain and go to tab Backlinks at the top.  You will see the domains of your backlinks. If you click on the domain you will see the article URL where your backlink is placed.

If you paid by Moneybookers you have probably used a different email to send the payment than you have in your account settings.  Please contact our Technical Support and they will match the transaction manually.

If you paid by bank transfer you have probably used different bank details to send the payment than you have in your account settings.  Please contact our Technical Support and they will match the transaction manually.

Yes. Please send the invoice number to our Technical Support together with the date when your payment was credited and your user account name.  Go to your account and in Settings fill in the correct details.  We will generate a new invoice straight away.

Yes.  Go to Settings of your account and enable Emergency transfer.  You will then be able to finance your advertising activities in our system using your earning in your blogger account.

1. Double click on your advertising domain where you will see a form for adding new keywords.

2. A keyword should be a commonly used word.  Please don´t use any specific names or products.

3. In the URL field you can enter the individual web page address of your domain where you want to receive your backlinks otherwise they will go to the main page

4. Add at least 10 keywords.  The more the better.  Use ENTER to speed the process.

5. Enter general keywords, e.g. pools instead of very specific deep plastic pools that doesn´t occur that often in articles.  Words are diacritic sensitive but not case sensitive.

URL is case insensitive.

Yes.  You will get an invoice confirming your credit payment through email in PDF format immediately after the funds get credited.  You can also download the invoice in Administration, tab Payments and Transactions.

Yes, of course.  There is no maximum limit.  You can add a new advertising domain in Administration, tab Advertising Domains.

Backlinks are selected based on an automatic algorithm that finds your selected keyword in bloggers´texts and articles.

Every article has a topic related to your advertised keyword and web page.  Backlinks are displayed within these articles.  Selected keywords will get linked to your designated URL within a few minutes.  There can be a maximum of 4 backlinks from your system.  This ensures the maximum effect.  Keywords are highlighted, become clickable and will take users to the targeted page - they will behave as hypertext links.

The article meaning will not change.  We never change your links.  A link can only be created from a piece of text that isn´t a link.

Received backlinks match exactly your keywords and come from relevant articles that contain these keywords a number of times.

Price of each backlink is calculated automatically according to the quality of an article and blog domain.  You can try an approximate calculation on our web site using the calculator in tab Advertiser.

If you use embossed Visa or Mastercard credit will be available within a minute. After bank transfer (to HSBC United Kingdom, Raiffeisenbank Czech republic) your credit will be available in approximately 15 minutes (if you have an account with one of the forementioned banks) or within 3 working days if you are using a different bank. When you top up your account through Moneybookers your credit will be available in a minute. How to recharge your advertising account instructions.

1. Copy articles or their parts from another sources.
2. Creating a duplicated content or blogs.
3. Manually remove placed links.
4. Unnaturraly create too much keyword density (more than 8 percent).
5. Translate article that is not your and use it for BackLinks Genius.
6. Give us false informations and data (name, address, anonymous IP...).
7. Create more than 1 user account per one human.
8. Inferring PageRank or to something different PageRank frauds.
9. Moddify our plugin.
10. All other bad behavior that can negatively harm us or our users.

If we notice you are doing some of these things, we will remove your acccount without any compensation.

No.  Unfortunately we cannot support these systems. Please try your own open source solution WordPress.org.

1. Go to Administration, tab Plugin and check your plugin is registered.  If you click on your content domain and see a list of connection options your plugin is not connected.  Connect it following the instructions.

2. Articles are loaded a number of times per day.  If you can´t see any new articles even the next day check you have really published new articles since your registration with BackLinks Genius.

3. If you are still having problems check you haven´t changed your domain in the past and that you are not using a different domain than the one you have added. You can check this in tab Plugin, button Diagnostics

4. If you still cannot see any problems at your end contact our Technical Support.  They will be happy to assist you.

As soon as your blog is approved by the BackLinks Genius administrator.  Before you ask for your blog to be approved you need to install a plugin into your blog.  You will find instructions on how to do it in BackLinks Genius administration.  There you will see a list of supported platforms from which you need to select one and then install the plugin.

Nothing is wrong.  Your blog is communicating with BackLinks Genius well.  We have your articles loaded but for now there is no demand for your article keywords by the advertisers.  They don´t have them entered in their system.  You just need to wait.  If you want to speed up the process start writing articles about TOP wanted keywords.  You will find a list in Administration, tab TOP Keywords. Follow our tips and recommendation for writing articles so that their automatic scoring is as high as possible.

No! Unfortunately it isn´t and will not be possible to connect Blogger.com or Wordpress.com with BackLinks Genius because there is no option to connect and use own plugins.  You may want to try WordPress.org which is a good and free alternative.

Yes.  The more blogs you have and the more articles you write the more money you can earn.  You can add a new blog in Administration, tab Blogs.

Your blog must run on editorial system WordPress. If not, please try our similar project Posts Genius.

Once you reach the minimum of 50 EUR / 50 USD (or the equivalent in your currency) a button "Pay out earnings" will be displayed in the system administration, tab My Account.  We will send you your earnings through Moneybookers every month if you placed a request in the previous month. Please keep in mind, that we have around one month security waiting period because of often frauds, so do not be upset with a few weeks of waiting. We always send the payout as we promise, so if you comply with our terms, your payout is guaranteed.

Yes.  You can be both an advertiser and a blogger at the same time.  There is no conflict of interest. You need only one account. If you wish to transfer funds from your content account to your advertising account automatically so that you don´t need to top up your credit by payments don´t forget to enable the Emergency transfer function in your settings.  This will combine your advertising and content funds together.
